Production Process
All love telling merch is made-to-order by a small in-house production team, so please anticipate a 4-6 week production time, in addition to our most current shipping policy.
Shipping
For standard postage, please anticipate 10-14 business days for arrival. For priority postage, please anticipate 8-10 business days for arrival.
Due to impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and high volume at our local post office, please be prepared for shipping delays when placing an order. However, we will aim to ship out your order within 5-7 days of the production process being completed, and real time tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns + Exchanges
Made-to-order products can not be returned. We can only process an exchange if the requested alternative size is available.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your exchanged package, just in case your order is lost on its way back to lovedby.her.
