Returns + Exchanges
Made-to-order prodcuts can not be returned. We can only process an exhange if the requested alternative size is available.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your exchanged package, just in case your order is lost on its way back to lovedby.her.
